    I'm curious, Colonel.

    Over here, a brewery created and marketed a beer under the name "Duff Beer", and got sued. Majorly sued. Millions of dollars sued.

    Now those slabs of beer that remain untouched are worth a fortune.

    Did that happen in the States too?
